Our History

Auream Group was founded in 2018 with the opening of its first office in Mijas. The firm was established by Farah Ouchikh as a family-owned practice with a clear focus: providing reliable and carefully considered legal assistance to international clients relocating to Spain.

In its early years, the work centred mainly on immigration and cross-border matters. Many of our clients were navigating residence procedures and regulatory requirements in an unfamiliar legal environment. From the beginning, the firm operated with close involvement in every case, prioritising clarity, precision and steady guidance.

As those client relationships developed, so did the scope of our work. What started as immigration assistance gradually extended to corporate structuring, tax compliance and broader advisory support. The expansion was not planned as a strategic shift, but came naturally as clients entrusted us with more aspects of their personal and business affairs.

The firm grew through referrals and long-term relationships rather than public promotion. Most new instructions came from existing clients or personal recommendations. That pattern shaped the way we continue to work today. The opening of the Marbella office strengthened our presence in an area where many of our clients are based. It allowed us to remain accessible while maintaining the same working structure and level of personal involvement.
